Account Deletion

This page describes how users of ProSTQB can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm. This immediately queues your account for deletion.
  3. Alternatively, you can contact support via the in‑app Contact Support option or use the form available from the footer on our website. Please include the subject "Account Deletion request".

What will be deleted

  • User account and authentication record
  • Profile data (display name, preferences)
  • Quiz history and attempt details
  • Achievements and progress
  • Favorites and saved items

What may be retained

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you
  • Minimal server logs and security/audit records retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance

Timeline

  • Account is scheduled for deletion immediately after confirmation
  • Primary data removal typically completes within 7 days
  • Backups are purged within 30 days
